Do I have to take both modules?
No. Sales CRM and Property Management are sold separately. Take both and a 10% bundle discount is applied automatically to the combined subscription.
What counts as a unit?
Any managed property or rentable unit in Property Management: an apartment, villa, office or room let separately. Sales listings are not counted as units.
Can I change my package later?
Yes. Add or remove users, units, modules and integrations at any time. Changes are prorated on your next invoice.
Are onboarding and training really free?
Yes. Data migration from spreadsheets, PropSpace, Masterkey or Bitrix, configuration, branding and team training are included with every subscription. The only one-time fees are portal and WhatsApp connections at £40 each.
What if I need more than 100 users or 1,500 units?
That is our Enterprise tier: custom pricing, SSO, a dedicated success manager and an SLA. Request a quote and we will set up a call within one working day.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Prices are shown in GBP on acreonix.co.uk, USD on acreonix.com and AED on acreonix.ae, and you can switch region from the selector at the top of the page. We can also invoice in SAR and QAR on request. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
What are Marketing Suite credits?
Credits are used when Acreonix AI generates copy, imagery or reels in Content Studio. They reset every month. Starter includes 1,000 credits and 2 channels, Professional 5,000 credits and 4 channels, Agency 20,000 credits and all channels.
