Can the AI change my data without asking?
No. Acreonix AI proposes actions, shows you what it will change and waits for confirmation. Every action is logged against the record.
What can the AI see?
Only what the person asking is allowed to see. It follows the platform role permissions, so a junior agent never gets owner-level financials.
Which AI model does Acreonix use?
Acreonix uses Claude by Anthropic, with usage metered per action. Your agency data is not used to train public models.
Can I tune the AI to my agency?
Yes. You can set the agent's name, personality, response style, business hours, fallback behaviour and the property types it knows about.
Does the AI make phone calls?
Not yet. The current AI handles inbound WhatsApp and platform lead qualification. Outbound voice calling is on the backlog.
What does AI replace in my current stack?
